Solving the STEM talent challenge event
12 November 2026, 1pm - 5pm
In-person at IET London: Savoy Place
Attracting women into STEM is only part of the equation. It’s just as important that organisations retain female talent throughout their careers, and build sustainable leadership pipelines.
This is your chance to work with your peers to tackle two common challenges:
- Why are we losing talented women at mid-career stages?
- How do we build a stronger pipeline for future female leaders?
Working in small groups, you'll tackle realistic workplace scenarios, share perspectives with peers and develop practical solutions to help drive change within your organisation.
Who should attend?
This event is ideal for HR, People and Talent professionals, EDI professionals, Learning and Development specialists, senior leaders and line managers committed to improving the retention and development of women in STEM.
