About the training course
During this full-day practical workshop, you’ll explore what it truly means to lead inclusively in STEM environments – where technical expertise, rapid innovation, and diverse perspectives intersect every days.
Through real STEM-specific scenarios, hands-on activities, honest discussion and guided reflection, you’ll develop the emotional intelligence, empathy and leadership behaviours needed to build high-performing, psychologically safe teams.
